HI out there , busy here on the farm. I have been posting ebay stuff but no time to get the stuff onto the site. I have been working alot at the Bead Bar and then trying to make stuff for the the Bead Bar at night. I did get some fusing done on Thur and Fri this week. Brian did get the job so that is a wonderful thing. But untill he gets a paycheck things are going to be tight around here. We had two sick goats this week, so we played doctor. They look to be on the mend. Galena has their Halloween parade tonight and I am told it is awsome!!!! Have a great day.

Happy Monday everyone, I worked on the weekends now so Monday is usually my day off :). Saturday was my son Tyler's 21st birthday , all of you that have played the home game here know that this is a wonderful thing. He is doing so well in school and has a great job in the purchasing dept of the school. We went to dinner at the Generals Resturant in the Desoto house on Main st. Galena. Very nice resturant good food. My parents come down with Tyler and Brian's dad drove up for the day. Here is a picture of Tyler. I am off to fuse some cabs and make some jewelry.

Morning everyone, I am heading off to the Bead Bar in a minute but I wanted to stop by and let you know the news. Country Fair weekend was insane, we where so busy. Beads and jewelry pieces found many new homes. I will be busy getting new things made for both stores this week. This Saturday is my son Tyler's 21st birthday, him, my dad and my mom are driving up Saturday morning to send the weekend. My how time flyes, I can't be that old yet lol. I have been slowly getting things on ebay right now I have some "stuff" and some jewelry. There is a link on the gallery page to my ebay auctions. Last Saturday was my little sisters birthday she is 36 now , you can check her out on the links page under Susan Lyon. I taught a class yesterday in lampworking. She picked it up pretty quick but I don't think she is going to take it up as a hobby. I hope she had fun anyways. Well have to go and get dress and do something with this hair. Have a great day.

Still busy here behind the scenes, I did finish a very cool book that I want to recomend to everyone. Stardust by Neil Gaiman , a must read for all!!!! I am off to the studio to see what is is the kiln from two days ago :( I am working start untill Sunday and then on Monday I am teaching a lampworking class. I will be working on the web site and ebay as I can find time untill then :) do check back to see if I have updated. Have a great day

I am still going to be putting new items in the gallery, I have been working alot at the bead store ,, which is great. I haven't been feeling well so I have been coming home and sleeping. I am also sorry to say that Barnyard Salvage is not going be happening anytime soon. Bad life stuff is getting in the way. Have a great day
